How to Create Projects
1. To create a project, go to Accounts in the sidebar and select the account that you want to add a new project to.
2. In the Account dashboard, click on Projects in the toolbar at the top of the dashboard.
3. Click on New Project in the top right.
4. Input the project title and project manager. When creating a project from within an Account, you can also select a Project Template. This will create a project already populated with relevant tasks, which you can then customize.
5. Once you have created the new project, it will appear beneath the Account dashboard toolbar. Click on the new project and you can begin to add or edit tasks.

How to Create Project Templates
1. To create a Project Template, go to Settings in the sidebar and click on Template > Project Template.
2. Select from the existing project templates or click New Project Template to create a custom template.
3. Name your custom template and assign a default project manager.
4. Click on the new template in the template list and start adding the relevant sections & related tasks.
5. To use a custom template for a project, go to your Account Dashboard and click on Project.
6. Click New Project and select your custom template from the drop-down list.
How to Create & Manage Tasks
1. To create and manage your tasks, go to the project tab on your account dashboard. Click the + in the relevant project section and input your chosen task name.
2. Click on the newly created task to add the relevant task information including. You can assign tasks to teams and individuals, set the task status, set due dates, attach files, and tag colleagues in comments.
3. To perform bulk actions on your tasks, click on the list view icon.
4. Select multiple tasks and click Bulk Action. Select the action field and the action type to perform bulk actions across multiple tasks.
How to Assign Tasks to Users
1. Assigning tasks is quick and easy. Go to the Project tab in your account dashboard. Click on the task you want to assign. Click on Assignee and search for the team member.

How to Change Task Status
1. There are a few different ways to change task status. You can drag and drop the task in the Kanban view.
2. Alternatively, you can manually change the task status by clicking on the task. Double-click on Status and select from the drop-down list.
3. You can also use the bulk change feature in the list view to change the status on multiple tasks at once.
